Notes: A solid 2-for-4 start, with a walk and a pair of stolen bases (one of which shown above); also got caught stealing and grounded into a double play… New skipper Eric Wedge notched his first Mariner win while reigning Cy Young winner King Felix picked up where he left off last year with a 108-pitch complete game… I listened on the radio, missing Dave Niehaus all the while. Hearing Rick Rizzs and Ron Fairly all year is gonna be tough. One down, 161 to go.
