This was the only All-Star Game in ten that Ichiro played in but the A.L. lost… Once again, with Yumiko in the pre-game parade, this time at Disneyland…
So, in Ichiro’s ten consecutive All-Star Games between 2001 and 2010, he’s gone 8-for-26 (.308) with a double, a home run, a steal, four runs batted in, and one MVP award. The regular season resumes tomorrow, along with our regularly scheduled blogging.
